Re: Nevada Gaming Commission Proposed Regulations for Interactive Gaming

I know this was discussed earlier ITT, however, does anyone know what games are on the board's website?:

5A.140 Acceptance of Wagers.
1. Operators shall not accept or facilitate a wager:
(a) On any game other than the game of poker and its derivatives as approved by the chairman and published on the board’s website;

Also there was talk of badugi being a game that could be excluded from this, however, doesn't Aria have mix games that have badugi as part of the mix, meaning they would want to include this game if they were to get a license?

Also, according to the cardplayer article, "Nevada online poker will likely begin as intrastate — where both residents and tourists can engage in play." So this means even though i live in CA i will be able to play from home?

No. That means that if you drive to Nevada you can play from your car or hotel room.

I'm not sure how credible or the specific source, sorry. Take it for what it's worth.
