Of the eight plaintiffs, I was familiar with six, either by their real names or by their online handles. I'd never heard of Joseph Sanders or Dave Lizmi (apologies to either of you if you are a 2+2 who sees this post). I looked up Sanders; does anyone know who Lizmi is?

Also, if anyone has a law background: why does the Central District of California have venue, or does it?

Gold. Pure f*#&ing Gold. My favorite is the screenshot of the dude with 4 Aces who can see the guy's hole cards that has the flush..... Also, the looseness vs. win-rate was awesome. Back in 2003, there were those out there who knew these operators were scumbags. Yummy yummy vindication. It's just a shame that it took 5 years to prove and cost god knows how many millions of $.
