So it's looking like a $420M settlement. That's a bargin, imo, assuming everything is settled. Party paid $300M(and $100m+ from Dikshit?), and they never offered post UIGEA.

I feel bad making a new thread but dont want this info lost elsewhere but cliffs are included my source I trust a lot.

Anyways the deal is already done by what I am told;

Players will be paid within 90 days
FTP will be open in the US market
Isai will be stepping down from the company

If these statements are true I feel that Isai deserves all our thanks+ business in the future with his company he is bailing out the igaming industry's tarnished reputation

In the NVG threadzilla, it was alleged that deeb's comments mean that FTP would be allowed into the US market if/when US laws change to permit that.

Players repaid in 90 days, at least ROW, happened, or rather is happening now. So did Isai stepping down, to some degree. As for U.S. market return, it was illogical to think this could take place concurrently with relaunch. I think what Deeb meant was, FTP would not be disqualified from an eventual American re-entry after permissive legislation, and yeah, that did turn out to be the case too. Overall, Deeb went 3/3, but as many people know, you should not take his diction too seriously

Players weren't paid after 90 days from the date of his post in april. FTP open in US market is still up in the air. Isai stepped down. 1.5/3

nah ... not 90 day from the post, but 90 days after the parties signed the contracts.

and ftp & ps are allowed to come back to the states, which is a huge factor ... so it's more like 2.5 out of 3 ^^

but marco summed it up pretty good anyway

One small correction--FTP and PS are allowed to come back to the states and APPLY for a license. Doesn't mean they will get one but probably will.
