iPokerVIP is becoming PokerVIP.Com

We're extremely proud of our new site and hope it helps our players on their poker journey.

Aside from continuing to offer the absolute best poker room deals in the business, our players can now choose from our high quality coaching videos with coaches like Paul Otto and our new addition TwiceT!

We've also been busy writing tons of great poker strategy articles and adding brand new products to our poker discounts store.

Players can even run rake reports in the My Account area and see their rake in a number of formats. Maybe a nice pie chart might be up your street? If not just stick with a trusty line graph!

How come you have changed your name ? Did iPoker ask you to ? Also the new updated site looks much better now.

We changed our name out of choice. We own the UK trademark to the name 'iPokerVIP' and as (as far as I know) the name 'iPoker' is too generic to be protected by a mark.

My understanding is that nobody could ask us to change our name and the name 'iPoker' refers to 'Internet Poker', thus without a suffix cannot be protected.

Our new name reflects the fact that we're a well rounded brand that does so much more than just offer deals on the iPoker network.

I'm glad you like the new site. There is really a lot more to come and if you have any ideas of new things you would like to see, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Congratulations on the switch. I've been with you guys a few months now and have had a positive experience.
On the new site, rake I've earned for months before June 2012 is missing. It's not a huge deal, but it's nice to know and to keep track of progress towards VIP+.

We've actually been having some tracking issues, since the migration. Nothing major, but it's something we're aware of.

Can you PM me your account with us and I'll get onto it.

Not that it's much use without stats, but you can also run customised rake reports and see your rake in line graphs, pie charts and even a stacked bar chart. Pretty geeky, but if you've signed up at quite a few rooms with us, it's a really easy way to see your stats.

Anyway, let me know and we'll get it sorted.
