playing my ass off only to go tilt after break

I head out to my local casino in pittsburgh to eat a comped dinner and play a couple hands {shoe or half shoe if i run good} of BJ . OK so i decide to play before i go to dinner ,i play for 10 minutes and make 175$ i look at my watch and say theres a 80$ NL TOURNEY startin in 5 minutes ,the field looks small and weak 1st place will probably pay 1k ,i figured ill take shot after all i am freerolling ,now i used to be very good tournament player but the last 3-4 years i have been strictly cash i think i played 3 tournies all of last year but at start of year i told myself im gonna play more tourney's.
So action starts and im at good table only 42 players paying 4 places 1st is little under 1k,anyway im playing great and looks like im the chipleader at break with 2 full tables left, the only guy close is an older guy then me im {35} who drove up to pittsburgh from virginia nice guy but str8 donk, and he is on my right so im in great shape. The break comes and im starving because i havent ate all day so i go to the snackbar at rivers casino,i say i aint ordering **** because they take 4ever, i end up ordering a hotdog and chips, these illeterate stupid mutherf*ck*rs take 15 minutes to get my hot dog,i proceed to inhale it and sit down as the first hand from break is getting played, now heres the kicker, the first hand is over and the dealer says to me look what u missed and flips what would of been my hand over and shows pocket AA ,now correct me if im wrong this is a casino not some damn home game why is the dealer looking at my hand then telling me,instead of blowing a gasquet i just said to myself breath easy dont go on tilt + i actually liked the guy dealing before hand, and didnt want to cause ruckuss and just focus on my play, anyway play continues for another hour we have 11 players remaining our table is short blinds 500-1000 100 ante im on BB w/10s-8s FLOP comes 7d 9d 10c small blind is donk and only guy in tourney that has me covered he says im gonna give you guys chance to catch me im all in, normally this is an easy fold and i wait for better spot but this guy is very capable of doing this w/any 10 and a bad kicker worst case scenerio he has 2 pair ...i think for a couple minutes and say to myself well if i win this hand its the final table and i plan to run over everyone and take it down if i lose no biggie....i call he show 10-7 2pair i get no help and lose.....this was a couple days ago and its bothering me cause i really thought i was gonna take this down i was in the zone until break and i guess my biggest mistake was ordering a nasty hotdog..the whole thing really F'ED up my mojo so im mad at myself but curious to see what some of you guys think about eating on break in tournament 20 min break not an hour dinner break and what the dealer did ?????i probably was still a little tilted because of seeing MISSED AA after hotdog fiasco and debating with myself if i should eat causing me to call for tournament life oh well tales of a seasoned degenerate!
