i was serious, i liked em and i'm definitely using them. i did mention that i'm writing all the good ideas on a piece of paper now, which only i can see to appreciate, but i'm actually doing that. it probably sounds like sarcasm because it highlights the wrong that's been committed here, and it's making you think about the profound loss that has been caused by your actions. but that's just what good art is; it's lies that make you better realize truth.

i accept your offer.

Re: Moderation Discussion Thread

question: is Ulysses art?

now i know you aren't aware of it, because you're a philistine and have no mind for artistic pursuits, but don't answer anyway, because it's a leading question and i'm treating you as a hostile witness so i'll answer it for you

as a girl where I was a Flower of the mountain yes when I put the rose in my hair like the Andalusian girls used or shall I wear a red yes and how he kissed me under the Moorish wall and I thought well as well him as another and then I asked him with my eyes to ask again yes and then he asked me would I yes to say yes my mountain flower and first I put my arms around him yes and drew him down to me so he could feel my breasts all perfume yes and his heart was going like mad and yes I said yes I will Yes.

Question: is forumposting art?

Re: Moderation Discussion Thread

and i think this subforum is unnecessarily limiting the potential for forumposting to be good or interesting art by limiting thread topics to a box the size of The Palimax's imagination.

i like the moderation discussion thread, though.

I don't believe it; if Rapini's mod skills were that good, he wouldn't be screwing up so badly in B&M.

This is incorrect. By definition, big moderation, like big civil government, is bad. The best moderation is no moderation, or as little as possible.

Therefore, the absence of moderation is the best moderation.

You're wrong.

Have you ever been part of a non-moderated Internet Forum?

They are cesspools. Feel free to go to one and start your inane threads and see how you're treated.

Re: Moderation Discussion Thread

The lack of moderation - and the minor "nudging" I do from time to time - is a combination of low traffic, mostly good posers, and a reasonably lax attitude.

You're allowed to be a little stupid here. Just don't get full-on dumb or rude, stay fairly close to topic, and I'll leave you alone.

Right now, the occasional "play nice" reminder has kept the peace.
