live 2 day events (quick question)

Around what time do live 2 day tournaments get out on day 1. I work at 4:30 am, and will take like an hour and a half to get to work. Is it safe to assume i will make it to work if i dont bust out on day 1? Roughly when do these things usually break for the night?

I'm specifically talking about the Chicago Poker Classic at Horseshoe Hammond if that helps.

we can't answer that without knowing the tourney structure, # of players etc. Really tourney depended, you should get in touch with one of the organisers, he'll tell you.

Specifically, no clue, ldo. In general, 2am or 3am at the absolute latest. even tourenys that start at 5pm don't play past 3am on day 1.

For specific question, ask your casino, ldo.

I've been using ldo a lot today. ldo, it is awesome.

As an example, this was posted at the end of Event #1's day 1 from last year's (2011) CPC.

Remember this year's event #1 will allow re-entries and have 2 day 1s, with probably over 1000 entrants per day. The TD may want to bust more players as the $350 event #2 running on Saturday will draw a huge field as well.

Which event are you playing?

Seriously - GL OP. When you win take the day off after the tourney to celebrate!
