If $100 is a crazy amount is a $3 tip at least a significant amount? This reasoning makes no sense to me.

do you have a link to this article anywhere? I'd like to read it. and just a nit pick, but they're not under-tipping, you're over-tipping.

I deal in a Michigan charity room. I can make anywhere from $20-$60 per hour dealing. Depends on the night. I usually play half the night and deal half the night. As a young guy, it's some serious $$.

I dealt an underground game for 2 years and in the 3 nights a week I dealt I generally made 800-1000, dealing on hr on and one hr off for about 12-16 hrs a night.

I am dealer in a private club,and the tips are great I deal 4 nights a week and I have at least one night of 400-500 and thers are almost always over 200 for the other nights.
