Re: ***Foxwoods/Mohegan LC Thread***

Well it all depends on a number of factors - if every GD hand is re-potted PF it effectively becomes a 1/2/7/24 game. I'm going to hate this because I'm going to play super-tight - which goes against normal Omaha wants - since I'm going to commit ~12% of my stack PF (assuming a 200$ buy in).

Also, I'm not saying this should never happen - it's just not the kinda of game I want to play in. I may be a fish, but I at least want to have some time to enjoy blowing my stack, not just waiting get dined on by a lucky whale.

Yes.

But no Pot/repot dynamic.

This is live.

c/c all day

The PLO/8 game was running everyday for a while. Now the PLO high game has taken over and runs about 5 days a week. The high/low game might run
one or 2.

The PLO high game has been a better game and can get VERY wild depending upon who's playing. Get a few players just gambling and getting all their money in pre-flop and the pots are huge.

Just sit down and play tight till you get a feel of the game

Re: ***Foxwoods/Mohegan LC Thread***

Sweet - my game in PLO tends to be to allow players to impale themselves so a c/c table isn't too bad.

That said - I'd love to get a game together with other 2+2ers - I'm planning to make a trip to FW on either March 8 (preferred) or 11 and would love to know I have a bunch of people interested in playing PLO.

Re: ***Foxwoods/Mohegan LC Thread***

There must of been close to 10k on the table of my 2/5 game last night at mohegan. Never seen a 2/5 game that good over there. 2 internet kids I have seen at Foxwoods were semi-berating fish and looking at me for reassurance or something. Game ended up dieng after they left and we were 4 handed.

I just read that thread and see a million posts about "Nicole" from MS.

I hope it is who I think it is. She seems cool/young enough to appreciate a following on 2+2.

My heart lies with another though

Re: ***Foxwoods/Mohegan LC Thread***

I found the 1/2 PLO to be pretty tough without a decent roll. I would definitely say its a lot tougher variance and skill wise than 1/2 NL. You really don't get the complete donks who are pulling 100 bucks out of there pocket and losing a quick few hundred fast.

You tend to get more seasoned players and gamblers. I think you really need to sit down with at least 5 buy-ins to play for the night. The swings get crazy. Sure its not alot of all in pre but you get all in quickly on the flop.

Also only being able to buyin for 300 you can sit down with a pretty small stack compared to some people at the table.
