I ahven't heard from IWSJ in a few weeks, makes me a sad panda

Ran decently the past 2 days I was there, although I didn't make a semi-hero call with TPnk against the craziest asian ever. He had limp/called a 3b and then call 2 5bet AI witih 33 preflop (and got their obv), so folding TP was pro baddie.

He gave most of that to me when i flopped set and he doubled me wee

Re: ***Foxwoods/Mohegan LC Thread***

Trip report/complaint - Mohegan dealers. Haven't been to a B&M in a while but the last 2 times I went I had problems with dealers. I have had no issues with any dealers or floor staff and tip in line with anyone else (not that it matters but thought I would throw it out there).

First incident - was on the bubble of a sng and was about even stacked with a woman who went and was playing recreationally for the 1st time. It was high blind time and I pushed in the small, she was in the big. She tanked for a very, very long time.

She started saying "I don't think you would bluff me, maybe one of those 2 but not you....." she started shuffling her cards on the felt which she did almost every hand right before she folded and I was pretty sure she was going to fold even though it was an any two card call situation just about. The dealer asked if anyone was going to call time (it was several minutes) and nobody replied. I thought it was out of line for him to ask but I didn't want to say anything.

As she was literally about to fold she said "I should call" and the dealer, who was already frustrated said "she said call turn em' over". Some guy said "she didn't say call, she said "I should" call". The dealer insisted we flip them up, and I said "she didn't call, she was about to fold". At this point, she can see I WANT her to fold, and she says "no I did call" flipping up king queen to my queen nine. I bubbled and I shouldn't have.

Next trip, a dealer was chatting with one of the players and I made a pot sized raise on a very coordinated board. I said "raise" as I put a call out and went back to cut out my chips (top set vs flush and straight draws). The other guy in the pot saw the dealer wasn't paying attention and said "she just called" because I went back to cut out chips although I clearly said raise.

The dealer said "its a call". He didn't hear the raise because he wasn't paying attention. Just about the entire table said they heard it, and the floor was called by another guy at the table who is friendly with me. The floor said if the dealer didn't hear it, it didnt' count. Other guy who said I didn't raise hits his river draw and wins a pretty big pot. Later on, he laughs and tells me he heard me say raise.

Foxwoods only if I ever go again.

The first example is the dealer's fault, but the raise issue could have been avoided by you. Just put in the raise amount along with your call and there will be no issues. Don't put yourself in a position where human error can occur.

Another example would be if a player is listening to music on headphones. I've seen it time and again where bets or raises get misinterpreted somehow and it can all be avoided if they take their headphones off while they're in a hand.

Will be at mohegan tonight. 21 year old guy with a goatee and a blue nike jacket. Come at me bro.

Dealer's go on tilt too, not that that is an excuse for mismanaging the game. Lol @ her folding KQ when she prob had like 3 BBs left.

I want to go soon but suck at cash games. Are there any sit and go's that run at either place? I would consider a tounament but in the event I don't get knocked out early I would be in for hours before I even got in the money. Def prefer a faster structure.

Wish I didn't suck at cash games.

FW is your best bet for SnGs. They run far more frequently than at MS.
