How does one determine consensus? Do we need a quorum?

Re: "Is This a Douchebag Move" Containment Thread

We should have a list of generally douchey things to do along with consensus:

1. Is slow rolling douchy?
A: Yes
1b: But what if he did it to me?
A: Still yes

2: Is it douchy to leave after I win a big pot?
A: No
2b: What if I say "So long suckers!!!!"
A: Yes.

3: I misdeclared my hand and won, am I a douche?
A: Yes

etc, etc.

my opinion on this is different than that of most members of this forum. I think if a player is showing you his hand when he looks at it, using that information is fair game. It's up to them to protect their cards. Some people think this makes me a douchebag; I don't care. I'm actually very ethical at the table. I don't think his missing an arm changes anything; there are a lot of ways to look at your cards in a concealed manner using only one arm. I'm sure people will argue with me here too.
