There is a way to be assertive yet polite. I'm still working to internalize that habit.
I get along really well with the good dealers. I respect what they're doing and stay out of their way as they do their job. They respect the players and stay out of our way as we play. We respect each other, we banter, we have fun, it's great.

Lol.... I can always tell what table is the O8 table when I walk into GT just buy the amount of banter going on. Imo, its usually the loudest table there.
