Resolved: Waitlist Problems - Carbon Poker

When I click on "Join Waitlist" everything is normal. Then, when I click "Ok" it'll be like nothing happened, and I won't have been added to the waitlist. Is anyone else having this problem? It worked fine until a few hours ago.

Well everything seems to be working fine for me now. Don't know what happened, but I had problems with the waitlists all night. Hope it doesn't happen again.

Strange issue here. Haven't heard about this one before. Let us know if it happens again, and we'll make sure to have a look at it for sure.

The waitlists do stop working at times. It was discussed a bit in the Hero Poker thread and I have experienced it on Lock. It is obviously a software issue.

My experience is that I will be placed on the wait list as denoted by the little clock next to the table in the lobby, however I wont ever get asked to sit down on any of the tables I've wait listed.

It happens rarely and closing the client and restarting it has fixed it 100% of the time. Still annoying though, just not a super high priority issue as far as I'm concerned.

I searched Google and the above quote is exactly what's happening to me. Thanks for the tip about re-starting the client. I'll give that a try.

It's happens to me almost every day. I always thought because I mass multi-table, the Available Seat pop-up just got lost in the tables. I never thought this was a global issue.

If at any time you lose connection, and have to hit retry. Waitlist will no longer work.

When you lose connection, instead of hitting retry to reconnect, just close out and reopen. Will have no issues with waitlist.

really annoying that wait list thing.. yes it happens if you are disconnected and reconnect.. you must close client

another thing that is really annoying is the misleading 3/9 players.. even if its a full table.. and wait list says "1", but there are 6 people in the list .. really really low standard on this client
