$503.37 Cashout was approved on March 1.

I figured if it took 40 days to approve a cashout, it would take 40 days to send the check too.

I never got a check.

I responded to the original "cashout was approved" email on May 1, I received no response for 10 days.

I realized they sent the "cashout was approved" message from news@carbonpoker.ag, so they were probably not going to respond. I sent another email to support on May 10.

The response: "This is a quick note to inform you that, unfortunately, we cannot start a stop and trace of the funds as the 45 days have already passed. "

To which I queried: "So what now? I'm out $500?"

The response: "I'm sorry for this situation; please be aware that all our checks have a 45 calendar days timeframe to be deposited in your bank account once they're sent. After this time, we cannot assume responsibility for any issue related to redeeming the check."

Sucks. I wish someone would have told me that earlier. I thought I was just not being a pain.

That's weird that they just can't put a stop payment on the check. I will be interested to hear what happened.

I'm not hopeful. Their terms and conditions have nothing about a 45 day window to mention a missing check, and the cashout messaging said nothing about that, but they are quite insistent about it as a matter of policy. I received another email after again asking them to clarify if I was out $500.

They have still avoided responding directly to the question. Here is the latest:

I'm sorry about this issue but there is anything we can do at this moment. The check was sent on march 1 and from that date it was scheduled to deliver in 3 to 10 business days. After that time it was your responsibility to contact us if you didn't receive the check to investigate that issue.

Since you contacted us on May 10 the timeframe of 45 calendar days expired already and we can't help you in this.

Please accept our apologies for this inconvenient.

LOL at 45 day timeframe to be cashed, you're taking a huge risk not depositing them within 1-3 days. GL OP, that's weird it wasn't delivered to you, did FedEx not even leave you a note? I'm lucky to be home whenever mine come, but I can imagine it being a big PITA if you work at 9-5 and they won't deliver without a signature.

I definitely agree, but some people just need the extra time for whatever reason.

I think in the case of the OP, he is saying that FedEx never left a slip of any kind.

Is this going to be resolved? This disturbs me that ryan and chris are having such difficulty contacting merge. I have never heard of such a policy where instead of putting a stop payment on a check they are saying "you're out of the money, tough luck". Hopefully you guys can get this resolved. Merge would be well out of line if they did not at least credit the money to his account. The fact that he cashed out on March 1st and still has no word on his money on May 19th is simply unacceptable.
