Well, it now has been 7 or eight days since I started the withdrawal process, and I have still have not been paid.

The site asked me to print out a form, fill it out, sign it, scan it, and send it back to them verifying my credit card. They wanted this despite the fact I did not use a credit card to make my deposit or do my withdrawal. Just one more attempt to delay making payments.

They also asked me so scan in a photo ID and send it to them, which I did. I have been playing poker online longer than 99.99% of the people at this site. I started at Empire Poker, which was a sister site to Party Poker when we could not even fill up one 2/4 table.

I played in the very first tournament they had when I wondered if $100 entry fee into a tournament with 60 people and a $25,000 first prize was a good deal. What an idiot I was back then.

Needless to say, I have tried out almost every site on the net that offers poker and I have NEVER experienced anything like this site trying to get your money back.

Also, they stopped paying my deposit bonus because I put in a withdrawal request. This of course has to be the single dumbest policy the management of this establishment could put in place. Who knows how much they spend trying to get clients, and then to turn around and rip them off is just stupid.

It is hard to believe that you deposit your funds, win some money, and they will not pay you. I really need to be very careful with this site, they obviously have serious cash flow problems, and I need to only keep a minimal amount in my account, if not less than that.

Unfortunately, regardless of how long you've been playing online poker, the same security measures are in place for everyone. We're very open about these policies, and based on the feedback in our official withdrawal thread, most people doesn't seem to have too much of any issue. At this point, a verification process similar to this is the industry standard.

If you'd like some help with the verification process, I'd be glad to help. Please post or PM your screen name, and Ryan or I will look into it.

WOW, since you said your site was UP FRONT about its withdrawal policies, I decided to go to your site and check out what it actually says.

First right on your front page you state that you have “Quick Withdrawals”. Obviously getting a check that takes 2 to 4 months hardly qualifies as quick.

Next, getting a Neteller withdrawal that takes 1 to 2 weeks also does not qualify as quick, especially when you take into account most sites do it instantly.

The information below is copied and pasted directly from your site.

13. Can I cash out the same day I deposit through NETELLER?

Yes, you may cash out the same day you deposit provided your cash out is approved by our internal review team.


What is the average processing time for cash out using NETELLER?

Right here you are stating that it takes 1 to 2 days to withdraw using Neteller, but when you try to withdraw your site says it takes 1 to 2 weeks.

So, please explain to me how you seriously consider this being UP FRONT with your clients when you site promoting yourself says one thing, when in reality your policy is completely different?

I am waiting for the spin that you try to put on this one, it is going to be funny!

Here's the 'spin', no one has waited over 2 months for a withdrawal in months. To be honest, I don't think it ever got over 10 weeks, and even then, that was >~6 months ago. It's pretty clear you don't know what you're talking about.

Meanwhile, I've offered to help you with your situation, which you don't seem keen to take me up on. Offer still stands, but I'm not really interested in getting into a pissing match with you.

You do not even know what is on your own site do you. Your site states that it takes 2 to 4 months to get a check. You might want to check it out for yourself, so you do know what you are talking about!

this software is just god awful. not sure how much longer i can take it

was just regged in a bunch of mtts, none of them opened for me. didnt realize til 10 mins after they started and had to go manually open them all. not a huge deal but wtf...

busting a rebuy right before addon and not being able to double rebuy is just LOL

your email support is so slow it's beyond ridiculous it take 2,5 days on average to an answer. if the answer isnt correct or imcomplete, which happen a fair % of the time, you need to rewrite back and wait another 2-3 days it's really annoying.

ive been waiting for almost a week to switch from rakeback to vip program
