Yes, I couldn't log back on, so I went to do something. After 10 minutes, it allowed me to log back on and the money disappeared.

What message did you get when you coulnt log in?Also how many times did you try? Check your history also and see what comes up.

They really need to add some sort of 2 way login authentication because this stuff is entirely preventable. Its sad that I can secure my World of Warcraft account better than I can my Carbon account

Ive had them suspend your account until they can look into it.
