Hi Lambo,

Sorry, but this information is not accessible for players, and therefore not displayed. If you want to track your losses, it needs to be done manually yourself. This goes the same for poker net wins/losses also.

In the even that you would like to dispute or question a monthly adjustment payment, I am sure that we could send you an audit of that months play to show the rebate calculation.

Not sure why I've never been responded to when posting about 3 issues, 1 of which i posted about several times.

4. Consider lowering the number of heads up tables at each limit. When you guys first switched to a capped number of heads up tables it was perfect but since lock left there are too many tables and you can get tables without playing anyone so the king of the hill setup is kind of pointless.

not sure if this messes with the system, but if there's like 10+ people waiting for like 10 tables then why wouldnt it just start additional tables as needed without having any wait list? its all virtual anyways no?

These are known issues that are actively being worked on.

You can use them to enter tournaments as well. If you are on RB, you cannot exchange them for cash, no.

I'm the biggest sucker on the internet. Sent two inquiries before depositing with a couple of questions and one specifically about rakeback. Four days later, I get a minimally helpful response and ask again for clarification. Four days later, I get a reply that my question is being routed to another department. Still waiting on that response, four days later. Min-deposit anyway just to try it out and the money gets taken from my bank account, but not credited to my poker account. Send an urgent request to have an agent tell me what's happening on, as it's a bit unsettling to have the bank side of it involved now, especially when I was routed to a third party payment processor to complete the transaction. Still no response. My first step might have been to check this thread first and see that there are 855 pages of support-related questions. Such a sorry statement of the poker market that this is the best we have. If this is the best on offer, I'll pass.

Ryan or Chris??? My player ID is joey212poker. I Requested Western Union on Carbon at about 3am on 6/21. Yesterday when I went to bed it still said pending approval and next to it I still had the option to cancel it. Today I sign in cashier to check on it and it still says pending approval and next to it says continue and at the top in blue it says there are pending transactions that require your attention, but when I click on continue it takes me to another page saying the same thing and there is nothing for me to do. So I am hoping that is the next step to approval? This is my first Western Union withdrawal. I am verified.
