Re: Official CarbonPoker Support Thread

I have no idea if this is posted anywhere else, but is anyone having a hard time getting the HUD to work in tournaments? I use PT3/holdem and omaha and the HUD works fine at the cash tables, but not in tourneys.

I did see that and noticed there was another recent beta version released that wasn't popping up when I logged into PT3. I downloaded it and now it seems to be working.

Great news, perhaps you could post your experiences in that thread to help other PT3 players who may be having the same issues?

Hey Ryan,

That latest bug-fix update is truly epic. Looking forward to seeing all of those changes, especially the return of the 45-mans. Thanks for all your work on this.

No worries at all, my pleasure.

Let us know what you think once you get some time on the client, post update.

I have an account on Aced, did they get rid of the transfer option?

Sorry if this has been answered before.

No, not that I am aware of.

Have you updated the client recently?

Doesn't it update manually when I start it? I usually receive a transfer around the middle of the month and this month the person who sends it says transfer is no longer an option on aced. I look for myself and the transfer option is gone for me as well.

Why would anyone play on carbon. I have emailed them over 20 times in 2 weeks with zero response. I opened an account post black Friday and forgot apparently. Never played on it. Tried to open one recently when they emailed me telling me of my old account. They said I would get a response in 24 hours about opening the original account. No response again. Kahn helped me after and they tell him I am all set just reset my password. It never sends me a new password. Continue emailing begging them to take a deposit from me and they never respond. Really well run business.

Hi, you only need to verify your account once, but you will need to re-verify your account once you change your name.

Thanks for skipping my issue Ryan. Should be used to it. It seems like how carbon support runs.

Can someone pm me with a site that actually responds to customers?
