Re: Official CarbonPoker Support Thread

Can you tell me how the Western Union withdrawal option works (US player)?

I think that the "check" withdrawal option has a 6 week period for approval, the check is delivered to my door within a week and the sum of all charges to me is $15 (Earth).

Is it the same 6 week period for approval for a Western Union withdrawal? For a $900 withdrawal, is the sum of ALL charges $30? How do I "pick up" my funds? At any Western Union location?

Software running much better today. Congrats.

Re: Official CarbonPoker Support Thread

I've been a player on Carbon for over a year and now might be moving to a state that is on Carbon's banned state list. Can I still play on the site in that state?

In other words will I be grandfathered in?

You do not need to supply any CC info if you have never funded your account with a CC. You can leave any information about that blank, and it will be fine.

When they get added by Merge. Sorry, but I don't have a better answer than that right now.

Don't worry dude, they asked 3 times, 3 responses to their question and still not a solution. Maybe in the next few weeks

Re: Official CarbonPoker Support Thread

The hand history is terrible, is no one else experiencing this? First I click the number at the top left of my table and get this:

Then I click that folder and get this

Then I have to click THAT folder and I get this wall of files!

Then when I find the Hand History im looking for I get this:

In triple draw its really hard to find the hand history you want because the picture of the cards that the hand history shows, is not the hand you had at showdown. Evevrytime I try to find a certain hand, I have to look at the tiny text in the hand history box, because the picture is wrong. Help please!

Re: Official CarbonPoker Support Thread

They've stated that one of the things they're currently working on is making the HH default to the last hand played (check the sticky post to see things they're working on fixing). Just out of curiosity, is your opponent's hand what they had at showdown? Because if not, I'd be surprised and slightly concerned that they were showing you that information.

Yes my opponents hand is correct.
We both drew one on the third draw I believe. Why is this concerning?

Re: Official CarbonPoker Support Thread

I think he's just not sure whether the hand went to showdown or not, which i think it did, in which case it doesn't matter. If you didn't go to showdown however, you shouldn't be able to see his hole cards in HH.

Re: Official CarbonPoker Support Thread

i think i just got cheated in a freeroll but im not positive but based on my math i should have been able to reraise the guys all in as his all in was a legally sized raise ended up getting an idiot priced in with 62 on the turn to stick around to hit his flush

I'm assuming the cards it's showing for you is what you were originally dealt. If that's what it's also showing for your opponent, you shouldn't be able to see those.

Is there no cap on raises in headsup limit hold'em? I just 12-bet preflop and got it all in.
