I was in touch with support and was told that everything should be good to go with the account. Is that not the case?

Flopped quad 5's with pocket 5's and wanted to send in the hand history/number but it seems the history isn't updating on my client.

Curious as to how long the history takes to update so I can send in the hand number and/or find it somewhere else.

Why can't I transfer? Have filled out all verification forms/am verified and need to be able to transfer for staking purposes.

I just downloaded Carbon Poker today and went to go make my first deposit. While this link https://secure.carbonpoker.ag/creditcards.html made me think I could use my MasterCard, when I go to make a deposit, there's only a Visa option. Is there a way to use MasterCard?
