i recently ordered an ipad 2 from the carbonpoker and they emailed me that my item has "shipped" on september 1st. so far i kept checking the url link to the tracking for fed ex and it still doesnt show up. it still says "not found." anyone else had this problem? i live in NYC btw. how long does it normally take to be delivered to nyc?

So much for August 29th being the absolute latest for coming back to the US market. Every time I search them the only thing I can find is that article, does anybody have any different info on this at all?

Essentially when it comes to any payment processors, it's a pretty fluid situation. No option is ever written in stone. As the circumstances exist right now, we aren't able to offer that option. That could possibly change in the future.

If your account is verified, no. If it's not, you may be asked to verify your account, which can take a couple of days at this point. Beyond that, nothing different.
