Any idea on when cashout by check times will be improved for US players? If they could get to my house in 2-3 weeks or less I would probably move ALL of my play to Carbon.

This already has improved from last week KK. Obviously, it is quite difficult for some at time to process checks into the US, but I believe we have resolved this issue. PM me your username and Ill see what can be done moving forward. Thanks.

What is your username in Sportsbook? I will get this resolved for your right away and look into our process regarding chat bans. I believe all poker room names are banned for certain reasons. I’m sorry your first impression was an unpleasant one, but I promise you if you stick around you will love the software and easy games. Cheers.

I would like to make one positive suggestion...maybe two ...

First, I would like to comment on player notes. When you click on a player to make a note, the popup covers the table, and you are not able to follow the action. As a player that takes notes constantly I have to say this is pretty annoying. Also, you can't pull the notes window outside of the table window. It would be really helpful if the notes window popped up in a window outside of the table..similar to what you can do with chat.

Second...I spoke with live support tonight about hand history. I was told that there is no way to review my history offline in say a text format. I was in the habit of doing this...Is there really no way to review a session offline?

Thanks..
No worries OR! I will pass this on and get the player notes feature modified to ensure it doesn’t block the table. Regarding the HH, I will get the exact details to you shortly. I believe they are stored on your hard drive and can be accessed through the client --> games tab --> click Keep Hand History --> select forever and save. If you use Holdem Manager, you can upload them there and view.

Biggest problem with carbon poker or merge network is the traffic. I was hoping to return to carbon after april 15th when the traffic is suppose to triple to quadriple. But traffic seems to only have doubled and is still too low.

More grinders will come to carbon poker once the traffic improves as carbon poker promotions combined with rakeback and VIP cash is one of the best loyalty programs out there.

The traffic is still increasing everyday since the 15th and now have quite a bit of action at lower all the way up to our bigger limits. Thanks for the feedback on our VIP program! A lot of members have told me they like it compared to the other programs out there.

We are going to have a lot of new promotions rolling out in the upcoming months, which are going to be in favor to grinders. With rakeback at 35% now and our VIP program (which points can be redeemed for CASH), I think the grinders should already be there taking advantage of everything we currently offer.

30+3 rebuy 10k gtd twice a day
100+9 10k gtd twice a day
150+12 15k gtd nightly
20+2 rebuy 7k gtd daily
50+5 dailys
and a big sunday 200+15 with some sort of guarantee

Basically a lot more midstakes tourneys. If you put some guarantees on them that might be tough to reach in the beginning just roll with it. Let these tourneys run with a bit of overlay at the start and that will bring in new players and eventually you can add even more and be hitting the guarantees consistently.

Besides the $22 - $5k grtd rebuy i'd like to see added at 12.00 cet. I'd like to see two $11 rebuy sats to the sunday $50k grtd with 5 seats grtd in each.

One starting at 19.00 cet and one starting at 19.00 et.
- I + possible a lot more, is only playing satelites with multiple seats grtd, as i do not like winner takes all tournaments.

Besdies that I'd like to add, please do NOT raise the BI of your sunday tournament to $200. A lot of sites has recently raised the BI of their sunday tournaments, leaving casual and low stakes players with virtually no sunday tournaments in the $50-150 range left.

Thanks a lot for that bit. I have passed this back to our network guys and they are reviewing each and every comment I give to them, so keep them coming!

I want to build CarbonPoker with the help of the 2+2 community and make it a poker room that each of you can say had a helping hand in building.

I initially thought this was an affiliate but after reading a response by you in another thread I realized he is a skin on merge and IMO is asking to "police" you. I don't appreciate it and in fact I received no offers from Carbon its self.

Having a rep on 2+2 is very important to me and I feel like I can't even interact with you the way things are set up here. I asked you a question in another thread, so please feel free to PM me with answers to my questions because I have feeling people are trying to push you away and if it wasn't for you posting in a thread I read I would not have known you existed. So because I don't know where you are and are not allowed to post this is my official post saying you are welcome to pm me.
NF, I’m glad to be here to and know certain people have a MAJOR problem with me at this point, but I don’t care and will not leave. I’m not here to take anyones business, but to help people like you, the members to understand what is going on and assist you on any questions or concern you might have.

The majority of information I’m posting is general across the entire network, so if you think about it I’m really helping everyone and not just CarbonPoker.

Thanks for the heads up, but I already have a good idea on who this is. To any skin on the Merge Gaming Network that thinks I would ever try to break network rules is crazy.

CarbonPoker is the flagship brand and owned by the network. I will never offer anything our competitors can not offer and jeopardize our brand.

The best rakeback offer I can offer you and anyone else that asks is 35%

I love it! You are not the first to tell me about our BI. I will try my best to make sure if we ever did increase this, to have something for our small stake players, which are JUST as important to me!

Bruno, sorry for the delay in any cashouts you may have experienced in the past. I understand your concerns about our cashout processes, but let me assure you they have improved.

PM me your CarbonPoker username and I will get it expedited for you. This also goes for anyone else having cashout issues. Cheers.
