KatoKrazy is right. 10% VIP Rebate (cash back) on all or most Merge skins. If you go on any skins website and click on VIP Program, it will explain it here.

I think what he wants to know is when or if we can cash in our VIP points that were converted from the old site. I have points I'd like to convert into cash, but it won't let me. It looks to me like they expect us to earn 3,000 more points just to be able to convert points that we already have. It's like Play Aces is acting like we didn't earn any of those points they converted from the old site. We more than earned them considering the terrible conversion rate they used.

Unfortunately, this is something you will have to speak with Play Aces. I wish I could be of more assistance. They have a super fast support team which might be able to do something, but I'm just speculating.

Thanks for explaining that DT. You can also check by logging into your player admin, which I believe is available on most Merge skins website. Ours is located here: https://secure.carbonpoker.com/login.html and click on VIP Points & Rake under the VIP section on the left navigation bar.

is there anyway my current bonus can be adjusted to the better bonus that was being offered to players who created an account and didn't deposit after the month of doing so? (i don't know what the exact numbers are, couldn't dig it up after the search) the current bonus is just impossible for me to clear, i need 120k VPPs

So i play on sportsbook and today i log in and update...and play...and i ask in the chat "So who else here is playing tonight for the first time on the merge sportsbook skin?"...conversation starter..ya know??

and i notice that sportsbook comes out as **********. so i say wow..they are blocking every poker net name but merge...and guess what...

First and foremost...I posted a silly and stupid thread yesterday...and I just wanted to say sorry.

I would like to make one positive suggestion...maybe two ...

First, I would like to comment on player notes. When you click on a player to make a note, the popup covers the table, and you are not able to follow the action. As a player that takes notes constantly I have to say this is pretty annoying. Also, you can't pull the notes window outside of the table window. It would be really helpful if the notes window popped up in a window outside of the table..similar to what you can do with chat.

Second...I spoke with live support tonight about hand history. I was told that there is no way to review my history offline in say a text format. I was in the habit of doing this...Is there really no way to review a session offline?
