One more suggestion in regards to MTT's. The 50r structure isn't terrible, however it is the worst of the nightly tournaments and also is the biggest buy-in on Merge. I've stopped playing it as often just because of the structure. It should be exactly the same as the 30r IMO (which is awesome BTW).
P.S. The changes to the 50k are an absolute home run. It was almost like a turbo before, but now I'll be playing it every single week. Kudos on you guys fixing that one.
I think there may finally be some traction here, or at least there is reason to believe it will soon be in the hands of the USPS or some other equivalent courier service...

I really think the 50r should just be the same as the 30r. The 50 gives you 1500 in chips per rebuy and the 30 gives you 3000 per. Seems silly considering the 50r is a bigger tourney.
Someone suggested I post this in this thread, saying the rep was good here. It is NOT an issue with carbon poker, but players only which is a skin on the merge network.
I log on today to find around $800 missing from my poker account on players only (part of the merge network)
After a few chats with their support they say that this has happened to other accounts as well and they are looking into it. I then get this email:
We have resolved an issue that affected your balance. Your account was erroneously credited $$794.50 due to a table max limit entry bug so the money has been removed. The bug has been corrected and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Well, if it was due to a erroneous credit it can't have been for the month of January because I know what my starting balance was, and that with my hem numbers still show my account missing ~$800.
So I get back on the chat and this is the conversation that took place:
Paula Sherwood: Hi, what can I do for you today?
me: hi, I was on the chat earlier about a balance discrepancy.
me: My account is missing money
me: they sent me an email saying money was removed due to an incorrect credit
me: I would like to know the date of this incorrect credit, because according to my records my account is missing money so I don't think it is due to a credit because I have poker software that tracks your wins/losses.
Paula Sherwood: The issue is that due to a bug on the system you were getting credited extra funds and now that we have solver this matter we have removed the extra funds you were credited. me: do u know when this credit occured?
Paula Sherwood: I am sorry but those were random credits made, we don't have the exact date or transactions
me: Then how do I know that I received an extra credit that I wasn't supposed to. And if you don't know the dates then how do u know the amount
Paula Sherwood: We only have the totals in the customer service area
me: well I mean this feels like I am getting stolen from. You can't give me any kind of proof that my account was unfairly credited, and according to my records it was not.
me: I would think that if you are going to remove around $1000 from my account that you would have to show me proof
Paula Sherwood: I understand, let me see if I can get you the numbers. I will send the account to the proper department and we will e-mail you back as soon as possible
I have not heard back from them. There is a separate thread on there so it has happened to others as well. If this situation remains as is then needless to say I am permanently leaving players only. However, I have liked the merge network so I was wondering if it would be possible for me to open a carbon account even though I have the players only account due to the circumstances. Obviously I can't continue to play on a skin that has as of right now stolen money from me.
^ That sucks. They handled that horribly IMO. You can't just take money out of customer's accounts w/o at least a warning and some proof to show why they're doing it. Hopefully things get sorted out for you.
Client crashed on me again today w/ 12 tables up. I now know when it freezes that it's not coming back, so I insta-closed the client and restarted it to find I got booted from 8 of the 12 tables. So tilting considering how long it takes to get into tables. It literally took less than 30 seconds to fire the client back up and I still get booted?
These client issues are really getting out of hand. If it weren't for the sick rakeback, I wouldn't play another hand on this POS site. I guess it is true...you do get what you pay for.
I'm happy to report that I just played some 1/2 and 3/6 Razz and both tables were raking appropriately. Haven't checked Badugi because people inexplicably continue to only play pot limit.
Still would be nice to see a refund from previous overraking, though.
