I recently just did a WU deposit on Carbon Poker in cash.. I filled out everything perfectly and now it is telling me that my transaction has been declined? Is this site legit or am I out of my money?

Nah, they fail sometimes. Often it's just an entry error. Wait for some help here from the Carbon reps, or maybe contact support to see what the problem was.

The site is legit so something went wrong or you filled it out wrong. You have to make sure your transfer is us dollars.

Alright, well I'm glad to hear it's legit. I paid cash in USD, so there's definitely no problems there. I'm not sure what else the problem could be. I e-mailed their support about 15-20 minutes ago, how long do they usually take to respond?

I was just saying that you have to make sure it is transferred in US dollars and doesn't change over to the local currency. There is a part on the form you have to specifically check to make sure this happens. I've heard of some not working because of this. If you did that it's probably just some error on their part.

This is the most likely cause of an issue.

Please double check to make sure that the funds were actually sent in USD, and were not transferred in local currency.

Alright perfect, yeah it was a problem with the exchange! The girl converted it without asking me. I went there, she apologized and refunded my transfer and I re-did it in USD and it worked just fine. Good to be playing again
