Tried to deposit today and I received an error on the mastercard gateway screen. Tried again and the same thing occurred. Then received a message in the client saying I have been suspended from depositing. WTF.

Its just an anti-fraud measure put in place to stop someone trying your card over and over again.

PM or post your player ID and I will take a look for you.

I deposited today using Western Union. The WU page says the funds have been picked up but my account hasn't been credited yet. Could you look into this for me? My username is mdchap09

Have you gone back into the cashier page and input the MTCN?

Once you have done that, let me know.

Also, just PM me with the MTCN as well, so I can send it to support if necessary.

I deal with many successful uses by US players everyday. It's new, so it doesn't get used as option, but it works.

So yall claim to have 24/7 support right? HA. I don't see that one bit. And if you still claim to have 24/7 support after this, then there's something wrong. I submitted 3 $20 deposits on thursday. The 3rd one I submitted, I got to the last step, it said it was approved but I exited out of the screen before it switched over to where it says that the transatiction has been approved, your credit charge will be shown as whatever. It charged to my bank account, but not to my poker account. So no big deal, my fault for exiting (even though it already said approved, and if you have the ability to charge my account, i would think you could give me my money also.) So I email support around 3:11 P.M. EST on Thursday July 26 via the support button in the client. At 3:15 P.M. that same day, I get an automatic message to my account saying we've recieved you're email, gave me my ticket number (LTK572014883253X), AND also stated this: "We'll reply within the next 24 hours." 24 hours go by, no reply. Finnaly saturday morning comes around, go to check my email, nothing. So on Saturday, July 28 at 11:10 A.M. Almost 2 days after the first email was sent, I sent an email hoping to be heard. Now, Another day later, absoulutly nothing. I really hope that I recieve some type of extra reimburshment due to me not having any talks with support for almost 3 days. not even a , we're working on the problem email, absolutly nothing.
