I got a generic email stating I need to click continue on pending transaction and enter the WU MTCN which I had already done before I posted ITT. So, thanks, but not really.

*sigh*

I've yet to get any sort of response from customer service to make me feel like my issue is being properly addressed. I deposited on Carbon because of all the problems currently w/ Lock and now it seems Carbon is no better IMO. FML I can't even get $$$ online without feeling like both sites are just stealing my funds and giving me worse customer service than I should expect from a snot nosed kid at the local McD's

Is it policy for Carbon to credit players the $14 fee WU charges to deposit? I thought I saw that in here someplace.

With all the deposits for reloading and cashing out to WU, those $14 and $30 charges will start to rack up.

I just attempted a $150 credit card deposit, my credit card was charged (I just checked online), but it was DECLINED by CarbonPoker.

Can you please help me get this rectified?

Deposited $105 through WU and entered the MTCN number but it still hasn't cleared in close to two hours now.. Have times increased lately? It used to be almost instant..

They sure do, just send your receipts to support and they will be able to sort you out. There could be a delay, but they will definitely get it done for you. It just may take a little patience.

Ah, seeing it is in a pending state, it will more than likely be returned to your card, as it was probably just a holding charge.
