Initial deposit shows pending. Account not credited.
How long should I expect for credit to post?

Looks like it was approved in under 2 mins. You need to send an email with your account name, email and real name to viphost (at) carbonpoker (dot) ag. Thanks.

Pokerstars changes currency and it's extremely helpful.

It's been mentioned many times over the years that having a MBookers account in Cdn funds is a bad idea.
This mostly related to the exchange rates being costly when transfering funds around.
Also, when registering with MB you MUST designate that the account have gambling site access. When you do this some credit cards won't work to fund MB. Bank wires, however, generally do work.
Also, MB will allow you to set up a new account in US$.

Re: Official CarbonPoker.ag Deposit Thread
Hi Chris, Ryan
I deposited via WU and i wanted to know how to get the $12 fee reimbursed, also i have cleared about 300 VIP points and still haven't had any bonus dollars awarded to my acct. I have the JUNE600 reload bonus and i thought i read somewhere that the bonus would be awarded in $5 increments after clearing 50 VIP points but i still haven't gotten any of it.
Thanks in advance for your help.

It clears in 5$ increments, after earning 50 VIP points -per dollar- of the bonus amount. So in other words: 5$ per 250 VIP points, or 25$ in rake paid. 20% return.
If it'd clear in 5$ increments per 50 VIP points (5$ in rake paid) it'd be 100% rakeback, so no rake paid if you have this bonus on. Not going to happen ;-)
You should have had 1x 5$ bonus so far, though.

Hi Ryan, I was wondering if you are still covering the cost of fees with regards to WU deposits?

Re: Official CarbonPoker.ag Deposit Thread
CarbonRyan,
I tried depositing using my VISA card. After the failed first attempt, I tried again. After entering the amount and bonus code on the CarbonPoker site, I am taken to another page with a heading that shows "globalpayments | HSBC" and it says:
"Your details will be securely transmitted and processed by Global Payments Asia-Pacific Limited using 128bit encryption and will not be disclosed to the merchant." Below that it shows a merchant name and then a "Select your prefered method of payment" with two options; VISA or MasterCard.
When I click on VISA, it takes me to another page and it prompts me to enter my credit card info again.
Is this normal?
I also get an email saying the funds should be in my account and if it isn't, then to click on the included link to find out why. When I click on the link it says the transaction failed.

Re: Official CarbonPoker.ag Deposit Thread
I've tried depositing twice in the past few days, to take advantage of the July reload. The first one went pending for about 36 hours then declined. I just tried again and now its been pending for about an hour. The first 2 times I deposited they went through instantly with no problems. Whats going on this time?

The deposit was declined with the following error:
Customer ZipCode invalid length or contains invalid characters.
I took a look at your zipcode on your account, and it does seem to be strange, with that hyphen and the extra numbers in it.
