be carefull i had this same thing happen to me when making a deposit 4 days ago but instead of making multiple attempts i just made one. check your balance on your cards because they took mine even tho it claimed to time out... pff (43.00worth) and did not even credit it to the player wallet

how can there be no customer service on weekends?? carbon ryan when do you think this issue will be resolved all documents have been fowarded and its been 4 days. Will there be any compensation for this huge delay, i already missed the sunday 15k and 125k its such a bummer this is happen... no reason for it

I have heard back from the guys at Merge.

Anyone that is affected by this issue needs to send copies of their statement, showing the charge as being accepted on their card, and I will send it along to Merge for review.

Once Merge have a copy of your statement, they can get the issue resolved.

*Update* Just successfully deposited on Carbon (4th attempt) via Visa debit card and the amount was instantly credited to my account!

Good to hear. Though we strive to make sure there are as few issues as possible, and even one player negatively affected is too many, the vast majority of transaction are going through without issue.

hey carbon ryan and chris, thank you for helping me push through the problem. Sorry for being so annpying it was just really frustrating knowing that i did everything needed on my end and have no controll over the problem, I finally was was credited what was mine... Is there going to be any compensation for this... i already missed the 15k and 125 k grt and i am a great customer with previous transactions... Is there some kind of tournament ticket or something for the compensation of time and frustration because i dont wanna be left with a sour taste in my mouth from this issue?

You just need to wait a few days and the outstanding amount will be returned to your card. If it has not after a few days, send us a copy of your statement showing the charge as being processed, and I will bring it to the cashier managers attention as I have with these other couple of players that it has happened to recently.

Ryan the money posted to my account. Two charges both for 99.96. I only got one deposit...and obviously I cant even deposit more than 150 a day using VISA on Carbon due to limits on VISA from you guys. Can you please tell me who to send this, and how to send it.

If you live in the USA, none, unfortunately.

When you open the cashier and hit 'deposit', all the available deposit options in your area will be displayed.

I live in Canada. When I try to deposit from my moneybookers account, it redirects me to other payment options through moneybookers, even though my moneybookers account is funded with CAD currency. Do you only accept USD? Also, what do you suggest I do to deposit now. Honestly guys this is a real pain and I've been trying to deposit for so long now and running into trouble. Pokerstars changes currency and it's extremely helpful.
