carbonchris or carbonryan,
I am still waiting for a response regarding my deposit attempt on 6/16. i, like others above, followed the steps carefully and doublechecked everything multiple times. the country, name, and currency was correct. i entered the mtcn number as instructed multiple times. it stayed as 'pending' for a couple of days and was finally denied citing timeout as the reason. i emailed you guys the mtcn number as well as other info and you told me you'd check on it. I have heard nothing from you guys in days. I'd really like to play on carbon, but this situation is becoming a great argument for me not to do that. Please let me know something....anything, asap or i'll have to go to another site.

CarbonRyan, can you look into my account - jammaster1967? Last update I received via e-mail was that my funds were not sent in USD. This is not correct. I called WU today just to verify, and they said to try to pick up the funds again and confirmed they are ready to be picked up in USD. In addition, I can track the transfer on the WU web site and verify the currency. I have e-mailed carbon the MTCN. Tomorrow will be one week since I made my transfer. Any help would be appreciated. I can't seem to send a PM on this site. My account is new.

Alright, well I got an email today that said my transaction has been declined because it has timed out. I'll email all my info to the email address you posted above even though I have already sent all the info to support without getting a response.

I decided to try a new deposit. I initiated the deposit then changed the name of my money transfer receiver to match the new name provided. My MTCN did not change. I entered the MTCN number against the new deposit over 5 hours ago and the status is pending approval.

It looks like the same thing is going to happen as did with my initial deposit (it just times out). Not sure what the problem is, but I'm about to cancel my Western Union transaction, get my money back and give up. It's Saturday night, and it would be nice to get some games in tonight. I've been at this for over a week.

I sent a response to viphost@carbonpoker.ag late yesterday evening and haven't heard anything.
