This is now the 3rd time this has happened to me. CarbonRyan told me he would get it taken care of last time it happened, of course it hasn't been dealt with.

If someone is trying to deposit with a visa, if something happens with their browser accidently and it closes out (Which happened to me today). When they go back in and try to deposit it will say "You have the maximum number of pending deposits for this option" (AKA 1 Deposit LOL). On the overview screen it will ask you to continue on the deposit.

When you click continue it will take you to a page that says there was an error with your deposit, contact support for more help.

This thing though doesn't cancel out. 7 hours has passed now and the screen is still the same and won't let me deposit. This glitch needs to be fixed. I GUARANTEE it is costing Carbon money. I PMed CarbonRyan 6 hours ago, but I guess he isn't on. I would love a Carbon rep to come deal with this so I can deposit before the day is done. This is completely unfair to me, and this glithc needs to be fixed.

He's out of the office this week. From what I've heard, though, some people are having a problem depositing with a CC with a certain browser (don't recall which). Using a different browser fixed it for those people (if it's the same problem you're having).

Deposited with WU 6 hrs ago, still waiting for funds to clear, hope they clear tommorow so i can play some Sunday Mtt's.

I deposited yesterday at 11:00 via western union.. now over 24 hours later and it still isnt credited????
CARBON CHRIS can you help look inot why such a long delya in getting my funds credited I wanted to play in the sunday tourneys????? in the past it took only a few minutes???

The deposit ended up timing out. But then it disabled my deposit options and said I have to email Carbon to get them reenabled. And we all know how long that takes LOL....

Pmed Chris and asked if he could get it done. Obviously he just ignores me and posts in every other thread last night but this one. Sent him 2 PMs, guess he doesn't care.

Its amazing that a player who deposits the max amount possible every day and runs a stable on Carbon is treated so poorly.

Once again Chris my screename is mashinonbkz and I need my deposit methods reenabled!

Attempted to make a deposit with my Netspend (Visa) on the night of 6/13. I have used this method dozens of times with no problem. Took me to the merchant screen where I then entered my info again. Came up with a "Transaction Complete" screen, but was never credited on Carbon. The next morning I got an email from Carbon saying the transaction was declined because of a timeout. My credit card was charged not only for the initial deposit amount, but two separate charges of $3.50. There was never anything that stated any extra fees or anything on top of the deposit amount. Sent Carbon Support an email on 6/14 and they responded asking for a copy of my CC statement to verify. I sent the necessary documents on 6/14 and just now (6/17) received a response from Carbon :

"Dear Xxxx,

Thank you for contacting us.
This issue has been forwarded to the proper department for review. As soon as we have an update, we'll notify you. Please expect a reply within 24-48 hours, depending on volume.

We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter. Your reference ID for this email is Xxxxxxxxxxxxx; please quote this number in any further communication on this subject.

Took 3 days after I sent my statement to tell me it'll be another 1-2 days to be "forwarded to the proper department" ? Where the hell has it been the past 3 days? LOL unreal. So they've taken not my deposit amount, but another $7.00 for who knows what...I've sent proof regarding such, and still no one seems to give a s#^&.

I contacted by PM Carbon Chris/Ryan with the private information including my Carbon Player ID.

I tried to make a number of deposits for $150 on 6/16/12. According to the records of my checking account I made three transactions for $149.99 on 6/16/12. Two of these where from (---edited---). One of these was from (---edited---). These three transactions all took place on 6/16/12 and all three transactions were deducted from my checking account. However, only one of the transactions was credited to my Carbon Poker account.

This leaves two amounts of $149.99 that have been deducted from my checking account but have not been credited to my Carbon Poker account.

For the record I also make a transaction from (---edited---) for $149.96 on 6/18/12 that was deducted from my checking account and was credited to my Carbon Poker account.

And for the record I also make a transaction for $100.00 on 5/31/12 that was deducted from my checking account and was credited to my Carbon Poker account.

The reference ID's I have are below.

According to your records two of these transactions were declined. But according to my checking account they all were deducted from my checking account. And therefore my Carbon Poker account should have an additional $300.
