i can't open an account from MD or DC. what US states can you open an account from?

I know Washington and New York are also banned. I think there might be a couple more, but it is only like 5-6 total that you can't open a new account from.

Thanks dude. In theory all i need to do is use someone's address, right? I mean, if i'm depositing via Western Union, they don't need to check it against my address as they would a Visa. Until i request a check, i suppose.

I really wouldn't recommend putting in false information to set up your account.

Thankfully I didn't have to, chris! hahah My state worked just fine. But, I do have question. Why are US players allowed to play on this site? If it's legal, than why isn't everyone who played on FT and PS, and every other US internet reg, playing on Carbon? Seems a lil' sketchy...

Tried to deposit with my debit card but the transaction was declined. Not sure if it was because I opted out of the extra protection visa form or if its something else?
Looks like Click2Pay isn't accepting sign-ups right now(how long has this been going on for?).
And I can't cash transfer.

Anyone else having issues?

Go to your bank and tell them you want to allow the transaction.

With some banks you can call customer service and tell them to permit the charge.

This is a general deposit question on the merge network regarding cast transfer. I have a western union account but this is my first time using it and just had a few questions for some people who had done it this way.

1) When it asks me to put the amount it doesn't let me indicate $400 USD, it just shows a conversion rate to Philippines money. Where exactly do I indicate its $400 USD like carbon poker says?

2) When I click on show fees and services I have two "money will arrive in few minutes" options. Do I click the Pay with visa -----> pickup cash at agent location, or do I pick up Pay with visa -----> receiver's mobile wallet?

3) Beyond that it asks to payout in Philippine currency or USD?

I'd love to get any help!
