I would use cash transfer.

CC are very unreliable in general.

Couple days ago I tried depositing to Carbon for first time using Quickpay (moneygram) and just today I received a message that my transaction was denied. Now when I log in to moneygram, it says that the money was picked up.

The reason carbonsupport gave was:

"Players Interactive deposit has timed out and was denied"


What should I do next?

Hmnm, I believe you need a new MCTN.

I think you can request that from MG. Can you talk to them and see what they say?

If they cannot help, we ill get you to forward me the emails and I will touch base with the cashiers at Merge and ask for help.

I have just contacted moneygram and this transaction is completed. Money was picked in person, so I obviously can not get a new MTCN or anything like that.

I will send you PM with detailed information now.

It cant be coincidence that several people are no longer able to deposit with cc's that they were able to before the 6.0 update. has the team looked into the cashier to see if their is a glitch? I know you keep saying CCs are unreliable but mine worked for over a year, then all of the sudden no longer works after the update.

Tried depositing using another browser and it worked, I didnt get the failed cc routing error.

I like many of you live in USA
The first time I deposit on carbon in
Amount of 272.00 with a net spend visa and transaction was flawless then today because of a reload bonus I decide to add a bit into my account so I need not tediously grind the lowest limit anyways to my surprise the limits on visa transactions have been reduced to 150 daily so I tried to deposit 150 and was declined
Skeptically I went to western union to deposit 240 I got worried sending to random name in philippines so I changed amount to 150 took a deep breath and sent the money
Let me tell u best deposit ever it was in my account within 3 min of imputing MTCN
I was so skeptical but let me tell you despite the 13.00 fee I feel WU is best way to go because Visa are charged a .035% fee were as western union charges nearly the same amount to send 150 as to send 240 so for people who deposit large don't fear the random recipient and send WU it works and works great money in account before I could even get home as I entered it on iPhone Internet browser
Please don't fear western union
It works perfectly

I am a verified carbon player if that matters as to the time frame for being credited
