Credit Cards are notoriously unreliable as a funding source, and sometimes there are issues like this that are unavoidable.

The support team just need to action your account like you describe when these issues occur. It is an unfortunate necessity at times.

Great to hear, I would definitely suggest everyone use WU over CC to increase reliability.

Just a suggestion: assuming the 3-day option for WU is an automatic denial from Carbon (I believe that it is), it should really state that somewhere in the depositing process. It's caused quite a bit of confusion for me (and at least one other person) over the past week.

I'm going to try and get clarification on this, because I don't know for certain, but I don't believe this causes the order to fail. I'll report back.

Just had a very frustrating experience trying to deposit via Moneygram. Got grilled about how I know the receiver and if the transaction was gaming related, and was ultimately told that the transaction was denied. That sucks. With cashouts taking as long as they are, I'm definitely not comfortable keeping a proper roll on Carbon, and now I'm wondering if I can play at all.

deposit via wu.. best option imo.. thats how i did it.. fast and painless

i recently attempted via greendot visa and got denied. took out my money and used wu, went through OK.

If I received my first cash on the site thru a p2p transfer, i can still reach a deposit bonus by depositing thru WU later in time, correct?

Nope. Visa, Click2Pay, and Quick Pay. None of them worked. Got someone to transfer me some funds though.

I made a deposit on Carbon last week, they charged my card twice. One of the transactions being from Hong Kong. I messaged support asking them to look into this and they basically wrote me a one liner that said we wont help you unless you mail us a hard copy of your bank statement. No address, no fax number, no further information given. lol...

This is really strange, if you PM me your player ID, I will definitely investigate the issue on your behalf.

Do you do internet banking at all? You could take a screenshot of your up to date account statement, and I can use that to investigate with the support guys.
