Awesome to hear. This seems to be the case for the majority of Western Union transactions.

I just went to the store and did a western union deposit. I told the lady to send in US dollars, but it still got declined. I'm assuming she didn't and she did the exchange rate. That's the only way it can get declined right?

Anyways it got declined when I entered the MTCN and I don't know what to do now! Do I just go in and tell them to re-do it or do I need to contact someone?

Check your receipt it should say if it was sent in US Dollars or if it was sent in another Dollars........

The 2 most common reasons for WU deposits being declined are the money is not sent in USD or the name is spelled incorrectly.

Agreed. This is what I've found to be the case in the past. Don't be afraid to double or triple check with the cashier about these two things in particular.

Hey Chris I was just curious whats the best way to deposit onto carbon other than the WU method cause neither of my cards work and the WU method requires 100 bucks or more and I was looking to do less than 50 or so on there. Thanks!

If you don't have a credit card you can use right now, and don't want to use the WU option, you could try a prepaid Visa as well. For the moment, there aren't a lot of other options from within the US.

Lots of players use Visas to deposit. I can't specifically guarantee that yours will work, but we accept many of these types of deposits every day.

I tried depositing through Western Union and it got denied. I sent an email but havent gotten a response back.

An email to our support or Western Union? In the vast majority of cases of a denied transaction, there was some type of error when the order was sent from Western Union.
