Hello Ryan,

I've resubmitted the information per your post. Don't know what could've happend but I've emailed the documentation to support and Uploaded via the option on Carbon. Thanks for looking into it and I hope to be verified soon.

I have previously verified my account many months ago. Now, on a recent visa deposit it is suddenly asking me to re-verify. I sent in the documents immediately and have sent multiple requests to support with absolutely no response. Any assistance anyone can provide beyond support's current tactic of leaving my deposit to pend and ignoring me would be greatly appreciated.

I recently submitted my documents via the player admin and just wanted to make sure that everything had gone through properly. I had emailed support a few days ago and havent heard anything back. If u could hepl me out that would be great. My Carbon screen name is DasMaus. Thanks so much.

Hello Ryan,

Any chance I could get you to drop merge a mail on my verification since I've resubmitted my documents? Would like to put a decent amount of money on there and start grinding but im hesitant till im verified. The ability to transfer cash out etc...is rather vital as you know

my account is frozen for a week now.
After 5 days I recieved an email asking me to send back the documents attached, but no documents were attached - unprofessional.
Since then I cant play on Carbon anymore and reading this thread it seems like this won't change to soon. I will created an account with blackchip-poker to be able to continue playing.
I hope my money is save while you playing browsergames!

Hi Simon,

Please post up your player ID and I will take a look.

If your account has been closed, which it seems like it has, you will not be able to play anywhere on the network until you resolve the issue first.

I recieved now the same email from a different customer services employee giving me the same instructions, only this time with a working link to the verification form.
I wonder why I should provide you with credit card information if I never used any. I only used neteller to deposit and withdraw. I therefore will upload a screenshot from my NT account and fill out the form with my neteller ID as I am used to this procedure already from other sites.
edit: Uploaded three files through the link provided in the email: Passport, NT Main page screenshot and filled out verification form (notice: instead of CC info I wrote NT info and hope you are able to handle that - logical - difference)
