I have not heard anything from carbon poker about my issue. I know that the server was going to be down yesterday so I knew it was going to be busy. I just can't understand why they where so quick to respond when I sent my license and credit card info and then just stopped emailing me! I have emailed them at support two more times without any response. Can you please help?

I did not receive an email verification email with a link. Carbon Chris can you look into this.

I'm taking out my first withdraw, and I'm having trouble uploading my images.

It just gives me an error saying I need to contact customer support. SN is Koronakesh91.

Are they less than 2MB? It won't accept them if they aren't.

Looking to get my ID verified, I've sent in the FaxBackForm, along with front/back of both ID and CC. Name is bearschicago. I've used the upload site as well as emailed as attachments. I also resized them in photoshop to make sure they were under 2MB each. Please advise. Thanks.

I sent in all of my info to get verified ~1 week ago and had to resubmit the form, which I did on Monday.

I know you guys must be EXTREMELY busy right now so I understand if there is some delay but I figured I'd post here just in case it helps expedite my verification since I have alot of money on the site and don't like being handcuffed w/ no transfers/withdrawals.
