Will i have trouble getting verified if i no longer have the credit card i used to deposit? It was a temp credit card and it got canceled. Then they sent me a new one with similar numbers. I used a greendot visa.

It may take a little longer than someone without this kind of issue, but I am sure you will be able to get it sorted out in the end.

Ryan I'm tired to wait for verification, i did sent to support all l of my information including front and back of my visa card, my NY state id, and authorization form.and its not over 2 MB in size, what elese they need to get me approved? other sites approved me instantly!. I dont believe you can upload a zipped file. I would do each one separately.

Make sure they are JPEG's, all under 2MB total.

I uploaded a few documents yesterday but did not receive a confirmation message that I expected to see letting me know if the uploads were successful. Could you please check if my documents were uploaded correctly and if their is anything holding up the verification process for me? Carbon user name is techrush47. Thanks in advance for the help.

I can see that the verification form has been uploaded successfully, but that is the only document that is on your account.

Perhaps the files were too large?

Make sure each file is not larger than 2MB when you are uploading them.

I tried uploading the additional documents with a different browser and it seems like it worked. I received the confirmation message that they were uploaded successfully. If you could check just to be sure and let me know when its verified that'd be awesome.
