This verification form is for credit card? I haven't and wont use cc for deposits or withdraws.
And I don't have a printer. Is there any alternatives?

No you still need to fill out the form by hand, scan it (or photograph), and then send it back to support even if you have never, or will never use a credit card.
You just have to leave out the CC info area.

Hi Ryan, I'm a player at carbon poker, my username is Djmishka24, i did sent all of my documents to support to verify my poker account, but its takes too long for support to respond, could you please check if my account is approved, and yes one more thing i played on some other poker sites, which is americas cards room and bet online, but it seems to me that carbon poker has a lot of traffic and a lot of omaha pot limit players, thats is why i want to know how long does it take to cash out via western union or check, i know all other sites accept Western union and i can get my money in 48- 72 hours. How long does it take for you guys?.

Hi,
As per my response in the other thread, WU withdrawals are typically very quick. The only issue is that WU is not available to all players at this time.
Check withdrawals take approx 4-6 weeks for processing at this time.

Ryan I'm tired to wait for verification, i did sent to support all l of my information including front and back of my visa card, my NY state id, and authorization form.and its not over 2 MB in size, what elese they need to get me approved? other sites approved me instantly!.
