Hey Ryan, are you supposed to receive a verification e-mail or anything after submitting your documents? It's been a few days and sometimes China's internet is pretty buggy - don't want to send the same docs twice.

Hi, if the total size of your attached files exceeded 2MB, the email was more than likely not received.

I suggest you upload the files yourself, via your player admin page.

Once you have uploaded the files there, then support can review them and verify your account.

Alright thanks - I have resubmitted my documents via the Player Admin. The filesize is only 321kb.

Great, the only thing to ensure is that while the files need to be under 2MB, they also need to be legible. If they are not legible, it doesnt matter what size they are.

Its always a good idea to have someone else look over the file to ensure they can make out what it says on them.

It has been a headache trying to get my account authorized for a withdrawal. I've sent every document that's been asked of me, probably 25 pictures/faxes in all. Some things I've had to send multiple times. Also, It took almost 5 days to get a response two emails ago (the prev Carbon email said it would take 24-48hrs. All these emails and exchanges have been about the same thing, account verification. It cost me money to send faxes and time to get friends' digital cameras to take pictures. Please relieve me of this and get my account authorized for a withdrawal soon.

It's been 3 weeks since I tried to make a withdrawal from PDC Poker and guess what....the same verification procedure that all complains about. Sent all the documents, mails, answers after one week saying that the documents are to be verified. I'm afraid that PDC is going down like full tilt and are trying to postpone all withdrawals until they have liquidities.
