Hmmm... Now how do I get him to add WU to my withdraw options?

I get that quite a lot.........unfortunately, we have no control over who gets added to WU withdrawals, that is totally controlled by Merge. Sorry.

Re: ID Verification Assistance
i am being asked by the client to validate my new (aced) account before i can play for real money. is "validate" the same thing as the ID verification where i need to upload documents, or is it just e-mail verification (or even something else)?
i can't seem to get the verification e-mail sent to me. supposedly there was one sent when i created the account, but i didn't receive it (and it's not in my spam folder). so i clicked on "re-send the verification e-mail" from within the client, but i didn't receive it (and it's not in my spam folder).
i went to "overview" to make sure my e-mail address was correct. i copied and pasted it into a new e-mail message and sent myself a test message, and that arrived. so my e-mail is entered correctly.
i just can't get a verification e-mail sent to me.
regarding "validating" the account, the client pop-up instructs me to check my e-mail and follow the instructions. the only e-mail i received from aced was the "Your Aced Poker deposit bonus" message which talks about depositing (not about validating).
Any help would be appreciated.

It cant hurt. If the files you sent were larger than 2MB in total, they may not have been received by the support email server.

Yeah, this is just an email verification. Can you email us from your new email address, and I will look to get it verified for you?

Re: ID Verification Assistance
Hi all,
Here are the latest replies I have gotten from support:
(Resler101) ---- Verified on June 30th and informed on that date via email
(kolacarrrr) ---- This account is from Aced.com and has an IP mismatch. Documents seem ok. IP mismatch explanation required and requested via email
(jerkrap) ---- Account has been verified.

Re: ID Verification Assistance
Hey Ryan,
On Friday, 6/29, I uploaded my scanned filled out form with photo ID on it via the game client as a .pdf. Upon first upload (it's under 1mb) it failed. So I closed out Carbon and re-uploaded via client and it completed. I haven't received any emails at all, so I'm just wondering how long on average it takes? ID is copenicus1643.
Thanks!

Ive sent this along to see if there are any issues with the documents you provided. Did you send along copies of the card you used to make the deposit? If not, you will need to provide those images as well. You can omit the center numbers from the front of the card, along with the CVV on the back, but everything else must be visible.
