And what's the point of obscuring the first 12 digits of the credit card as well as the CVV number as the form suggests when we must write the number in full on the form.

How long have you been waiting? It's taking at least 4 weeks right now. The amount is irrelevant, and the issues are beyond Carbon's control.

Here is the update from support:

- (sixers11): Address was updated

Player is missing to provide verification form for account to be verified.

- (AllenReyes): Account has been verified. Withdrawal request will be processed as soon as possible.

- (EmmittSmith): Player was requested to send the verification form with a signature that matches the one in the Photo ID as well as a recent Utility Bill for address verification since June 5th. We have not received the documentation.

- (ThatsWhatSheBet024): Player has not provided documents. None have been uploaded into account and we were unable to locate any emails from player.
