So, with so many new players currently having issues with getting their accounts verified in an acceptable timeframe, I thought I would reiterate all the information I have posted in various threads into this one place for review.

Here are some key points to remember:

1. Make sure your attached files do not exceed 2MB total per email.

2. Please familiarize yourself with the requirements necessary outlined in your player admin, accessible via the game client. (currently the player admin is only accessible via the carbonpoker.ag website)*

3. You may also choose to upload your required documents via your player admin page too. On the left hand side, there is a menu list. Under 'support', you will find all the information and links to assist you in getting your account verified. Again, make sure that each file you are uploading does not exceed 2MB.

4. If you are waiting a long time to hear back from support, and have successfully uploaded your required documents via your player admin, please post up your player ID here in this thread and I will look into having your request expedited.

just got an email saying after reviewing my account they have not received any of my docs i sent them again and i was hoping the docs i sent you could help this has been dragging on and all i want is to be verified lol anythnig you could do to help would be great chris thank you

I don't believe so no. They'll still be reviewed in the order received.

Just curious, do you have to complete this process to have funds transferred to you. I know you do to transfer to someone else. Also, can I send a copy of a military ID? It has a picture and my name.

No, you are allowed to receive transfered funds without having completed verification. I believe that is acceptable, but it'll be at Merge's discretion.

hey chris thanks for everythinng you did got an email saying they got my docs but now they need A clear copy from any recent Utility bill that is under my name showing your correct address. the adress on the bill and my ID are not the same as the address i want to send my checks is that gonna be a problem i just have a bank statement will that be good enough
