I see this was a few days ago, and I believe there have been a few updates since.

Where does everyone stand with the compatibility of their tracking software now?

The above still happens to me regularly. It seems like it only does this on tables beyond the 4th that you have open. i.e. the first four tables you open are fine, if you open a 5th or a 6th, it often has this problem (rarely play more than 6, so don't know beyond that). I may be wrong about when it happens, though -- I haven't really paid that close attention to exactly which tables it's happening on.

Hmm, strange.

I wonder if Fozzy is around to possibly comment on this?

That sounds like a Poker Tracker specific problem and I work for Holdem Manager. We do not have any complaints of this specific issue that I am aware of. The only bug complaint we are still testing today is a possible problem with the Deal It Twice tables. Once I have more info on the DIT HUD in HM1 and HM2 I will try to post an update but it is hard to test right now as there are no tables running right now.

Sorry Fozzy, I didn't make the connection.

Thanks for the reply as always!

Two things I can think of:
1) Are you using preferred seating in the Carbon client? If you are, you have to set it up on PT3, too (Import->Merge Network->Merge Network Configuration->Preferred seating). I changed my preferred seating with the new client updates, since the seat locations changed a bit, so I had to change it in PT3, too.

2) Are you clicking the PT symbol and "save layout" after you move around the HUD elements? Edit: Just noticed you said you were doing this.
---
I may know what my previous problem is. I haven't fooled around with it, but I think it's detecting some of my tables as a different game type. I'll mess around with it next time I play. Think I might just need to fix the locations and save layout (I hadn't previously because I didn't want it to override the layout for my correct tables).

I will try first option tonight, I do have a preferred seat but could never find it in PT3.

I sit left of the center at the bottom this is seat 5 correct?

Hey guys,

Apparently there is a new Beta update to PT3, perhaps that will solve some of your issues?

I assume you are talking about HM?

The latest HM1 official release 1.12.10b works fine without the Table Finder on all tables except for the Deal It Twice tables. The TF will not help to show the HUD on the DIT tables yet. Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

The latest HM2 internal/beta works without the TF on all tables except the DIT tables. Unlike HM1, the TF will work in HM2 to show the HUD on the DIT tables. Please update to the latest internal/beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

(PT3)
This was my problem. Not sure why it's doing it, but simply giving the other tables the same configuration/layout as the regular tables makes everything work satisfactorily.

Have you guys been on the PT3 forums or contacted their support team?

Compatible HUD's on CarbonPoker

Okay, so I have been playing on carbon for a not even a week now. Which HUD's have worked for you guys so far if you use them and if you don't why not? Do they really help your play if you use a certain one? Or do you just use them as a reference, since we all use them for multi tabling. Let me know some thoughts....
