Well I love the HUD it's a little hard to use over pt3. But I got everthing working it's very good. And I love to datamine lol. IF they take that part out back to Pt3.

At the end of the day this tool is here to attract new player and keep them around. Should we not educate and help our player become better? This is why poker rooms have an academy/poker school section to make their players better. Other skins on other networks offer similar tools for their players.

I understand from the comments made in this thread so far, that most of you use some sort of "tool" that give you an edge and now are upset that others can use something too.

You guys have to look at this from all angles, instead of focusing on the main one in this thread.

Since the beginning of our sub-forum, we have taken a lot of criticism and changed a lot by members feedback.

We have received great feedback so far on this tool from our players that want to get better and our top players. This tool appears to be more for new players, which will attract them into the site, but to really use it to it's full potential, you have to be a regular player at the very least to really take advantage of it.

We have received a lot of feedback on this thread via email and PM with other players saying that the comments must be coming from regs who feel they now can't or will make it harder for them to beat the games. I believe this is where Ryan's comment came from.

I agree with Ryan. This tool is on the permitted list of software on many sites, so there is no problem with our players using this on CarbonPoker.

I am trying to download this but every time i click download it makes me log into my account and then after doing that and clicking download again the same thing happens causing a never ending loop.

Fix the data mining issue please. That's the only thing wrong with this. I have no problem with everyone having the same tools to play.

I haven't heard of sites allowing datamining. I don't mind the HUD part or the rest of it, but you shouldn't be allowed to import hands you aren't involved in.

We agree, and are looking into it more as we speak.
