I would assume so, as I have not heard anything to the contrary.

If there is any change, I will let you guys know as soon as I hear.

CarbonPoker "be all that you can be"

With Lock leaving start "Revoloution" and taking imo a potentially significant number of players with them, the ball is in Carbon's court to solidify itself as the best option for US players. Giving lower stakes players the option to receive rakeback is a great start and I'm assuming Carbon 6.0 will keep the trend going.

As a Carbon player I hope that this trend towards improving on an already great product continues. Obviously, for any semi-serious player the next thing on the agenda is cashouts. If Carbon can deliver a quick (2-3 week) cash out process I have no doubt we can see player numbers increase substantially.

Good Luck Carbon Admins.

We are continually looking to improve the customer experience in every way, including securing new and improved funding processors.

As I am sure you can appreciate, with the current legislative climate the way it is in the USA, this is easier said than done on a large scale.

That being said, I am confident that all our players, new and old, will be happy with the new software, and with the exciting promotions we have in store for the future.

It is true. It is nice to even have a place to play. You guys are putting out the effort, and I really like the product.

I know you guys are already in the process of incorporating this, but Western Union withdrawals would be great. I'm hearing people from Carbon (as well as other skins and networks) getting 1-3 day turnarounds on WU withdrawals. Now if the fees weren't so much for WU. :/

Once enjoyed Merge long before Black Friday. Wide game selection at micro stakes and rakeback appealed to the desire to restore my online bankroll. Difficult navigation from cluttered lobbies and inefficient hand history replay started as nuisance but grew increasingly frustrating when nothing changed. When hope became replaced by disappointment and the only reasons to play became enjoyment of poker and lack of other poker rooms. The preview rekindled some of that excitement. Hopefully the actual software meets everyone's expectations. Regardless, it is encouraging seeing Merge take measures to resolve problems beyond simply addressing them.

I think that these changes are great. Software and rakeback are really the first things that players consider when deciding on a site to join. These improvements can only serve to bring more players into the community. Regardless of how well Lock does, I think that there are more than enough potential players out there to make both sites successful. I've always regarded the Merge Network highly so for me this is just the icing on the cake.

Please change the hand history and add results in the files so 3rd party tracking software can easily track

Also will all the player tags be converted to the new software?
I have a lot of notes and tags I hope they will show up

Also I hope the new software has the all-in button option

You must have only started playing there in 2011.

In 2009 and 2010, rakeback was twice as good as a prop, the promotions were worth more $$$ and were more plentiful each month, VIP status were permanent, and cashouts for US residents were 3-5 business days via FedEx (AND they paid the fee).

That being said, I hope Carbon continues to make improvements and gets back to how great they were in 2010 before they became the only game in town.

Different realities and landscape back then. We're doing all we can to improve the player experience and value now. More improvements coming throughout the year.
