i love all of the developers that suddenly show up around any software update.. its the same for every online AAA MMO that has a 100 million dollar budget or a poker site or anything else. Launch day always = PROBLEMS.. there are just so many things you could never possibly imagine that happen..

I bought PT4 because every time i needed support they told me to "Buy HEM2". Specifically I got a bug that said can't create empty tables or something like that when i tried to load the HUD. When I looked on the forums followed the steps still didn't fix it.

I got really annoyed and switched to PT4..

Yeah, so far they've been updating HM1. HM2 is another piece of software with a rough history.

How did you buy it? It is in public beta as far as I know...

I've submitted a trouble ticket with Pokertracker support to handle the change in the way Merge is writing hand histories.

PT announced via twitter that a fix was expected today (6/6), I'm assuming for both v3 and v4.

there is an obvious issue with the game selector. the 3rd column has no "all" option so ofcourse I will likely miss 10-25% of my tournaments because I dont see them in time. Its fine for players that only play specifig gmes but if you play omaha hilo holdem razz and horse good luck staying on top of it with this useless game selacter. Just needs an "All" option in third column. I cant get over why I shuld have to say this

It seems that the new Carbon Poker on Mac doesn't save hand history files. I wrote more info here on my blog.

I am playing a DoN S&G now and the lobby is telling that all chips in play sum up to 14994. It should be 15000. Nothing big, just noticed it, don't know if the trackers get problems with it...

Chatbox is very hard to read..it is too small. I have to make the table window a little bigger than I'd like to, to read what is going on

Also I don't know if you guys have received any feedback yet on the action sounds (when it is your turn, and when your time is almost up) but I really am not liking these sounds compared to the other ones...they are a bit annoying. Any chance you guys might go back to the old ones given enough request? Or at least give us the option to change back to the old ones?

edit: It seems overall the text just doesn't scale well..when the box is fairly small it's impossible to read anything..even the boxes that say "Fold, Call, Raise" etc..so hard to read them when the table is small sized..

buy PT3 get a free PT4 upgrade.

Please put in an auto post box for ring games. It is very annoying and slows down the games a lot for multi-tablers.

I can't even launch the CarbonPoker client on my mac -or any Merge skin. Any other mac users have this problem? I re-installed and rebooted my computer, but still nothing. It's quite frustrating that I can't even open the login window.

Any help would be appreciated.
