I have no idea, but I don't think that things are currently so bad that we are in desperate need of one. That being said, there are definitely issues that need to be addressed.

As soon as I hear an update, I will let you know.

eh, i'm still getting constant freezing at the tables(sometimes my timer goes down i get no call/fold/allin buttons and end up folding or i click raise and it times all the way down with no buttons and then initiates the raise.), we need better cards, table mods, there are A LOT of issues...

Merge seemed to be improving right after this software release, but now its just same old same old merge. Getting close to taking my play to ACR.. between the vague tripe i get about how to get WU cashout option, etc its just tiresome..

Why is it a site with 1/4 of your traffic can offer players great CS and value.. Debit cards, WU cashout, pretty much any cashout options you can think of, and pay there players in a matter of days, not weeks, but a site with 4x's that traffic can't? It's pathetic.

I'm so over US Poker climate.. its atrocious.. companies which serve US players have no recourse for treating them like crap, because really what are we going to do? NOTHING.. and like it.

While I can appreciate your frustrations, allow me to retort.

If you believe that we are intentionally and happily restricting our players access to more efficient methods of depositing and withdrawing, you are gravely mistaken.

Behind the scenes, our executive team are tirelessly looking for alternatives to be able to offer our players.

You basically answered your own question. The other sites have 1/4 of the traffic we do. Thats where the majority of issues lie. Volume is the number 1 restriction for processing payments to and from gaming sites. Finding a payment solution that can be reliable when pushing lots of volume through it is the trick, and a trick that is a heavily guarded secret amongst those able to pull it off.

All I can assure you is that this is not something that simply gets ignored and goes 'by the by'. Things are always in motion to make things better.

Very backward logic. When you have more traffic, you have more income, and more people to serve indeed. That's when you hire more people to be able to handle all the traffic.

I think he's probably talking about processors not internal employees. I think it's a good thing if they're being careful considering it's a big part of what caused BF

On another issue the software is still freezing for me about once per session, last night at 10:33 CST Couldn't get it to work without rebooting computer only other software running was PT3

fluffheadsr, the bugs are obviously being fixed. As for the rest of it I hope you've let your CongressReps know what a blow to personal freedom the UIGEA is.

Ownership of custom games should be given to the last player seated at a table.. Today, I had started a HU Custom game.. I had to go to dinner, so left and when I came back the person I was playing had started playing someone else on that table.

I now can't create a new custom game... Please pass ownership of a custom game to the last person seated in the case of a heads up, or in a 6max+ game pass it to the person who has been at the table the longest.

I will pass the suggestion along. It definitely seems like you should not be restricted from creating a new table in that kind of situation, however they make that happen.

Make lobby bigger?

How the heck do you make the lobby bigger? I can't see all the info when trying to look at tournaments and its super tilting. If I make it so that I can see the full name I can't see any of the other details.....

It is set to its horizontal size. You are not able to make it wider.
