It's frustrating that a friend of mine has already been switched to rakeback when I requested it 2 days before he did and still have not been switched...

Thanks for being so patient, I really appreciate it!

You do not need to wait for RB to be added before making a deposit, it won't make any difference at all.

I know all the accounts that have requested it are being worked on currently to be moved across.

Some accounts require the interaction of their affiliate prior to being able to be moved across to RB. This will cause a few days delay on the move.

Sounds exactly right. You'll get $5 every 375 points you get, though. Don't have to wait until you clear the whole thing.

Looks like it could be Monday morning at the latest. We need to have Merge resolve a few 'back end' issues before we can make the change. That being said, all the revenue you will make from the date you request to be changed onwards, will be retroactively counted towards your rakeback payment, no matter when it is actually added to your account, so there is no need to hold off playing in the meantime.

One points to note, as you will be earning points at a higher rate until the change is physically made, there will be a points amendment at the time rakeback is added, if you play over the weekend. That being said, as I mentioned above, your rakeback will be calculated back to when it was requested.



Again, they should not have any issues retroactively calculating and paying you rakeback on all the play in the meantime.

If there are any issues, don't hesitate to let us know and we will help sort it out with them.
