You do not need to wait for RB to be added before making a deposit, it won't make any difference at all.
I know all the accounts that have requested it are being worked on currently to be moved across.

Some accounts require the interaction of their affiliate prior to being able to be moved across to RB. This will cause a few days delay on the move.
