Once it has been done, you will find your rakeback reports under 'My Account' in your player admin.

Looks like it could be Monday morning at the latest. We need to have Merge resolve a few 'back end' issues before we can make the change. That being said, all the revenue you will make from the date you request to be changed onwards, will be retroactively counted towards your rakeback payment, no matter when it is actually added to your account, so there is no need to hold off playing in the meantime.

One points to note, as you will be earning points at a higher rate until the change is physically made, there will be a points amendment at the time rakeback is added, if you play over the weekend. That being said, as I mentioned above, your rakeback will be calculated back to when it was requested.

Again, they should not have any issues retroactively calculating and paying you rakeback on all the play in the meantime.

If there are any issues, don't hesitate to let us know and we will help sort it out with them.

It's already been said in the thread. Just email them and they'll switch you over from VIP to rakeback.

As far as I can tell; Player Admin > My Account > Rakeback report. Although I don't think the actual percentage of rakeback your account is set to receive is displayed.

I was also wondering if there was a way to confirm ones account has successfully been moved to 35% rakeback besides the obvious (tracking it on your own)? I believe I signed up through raketherake when joining carbon but am uncertain to be honest, wish I kept better track of that now in hindsight.

Just to be clear, are all players who are switching from VIP to rakeback getting the same flat 35% rate, whether signed up through an affiliate or not?

Everyone switching over is getting the same 35% rate. You can track it through the area of your admin that you listed above. Unfortunately I don't have access to player affiliate info.
